Christmas Delivery Information

We recommend ordering by Thursday 15th December for pre-Christmas deliveries. 

We’ll continue to dispatch orders after this date and do our best to ensure these are delivered, however unfortunately, after the 16th we can’t promise it will get to you before Christmas Day.

Our brewery shop in Woodbastwick will still be open over the Christmas period.


Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

Currently we only ship to the UK mainland (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man)

Free Standard shipping to a single address for all orders over £50. Standard shipping price is £7.99 per order.

All shipments take 3-5 working days from dispatch to delivery. If you’ve ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.

Collection in store

You can visit our brewery shop to collect your order. This is a free service; no minimum spend is required.

Your order will be available from 12pm the day after you place your order (Monday-Friday).

If you collect on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) please bring a proof of purchase (such as your Order Confirmation) and call our store on 01603 720353 to confirm stock availability.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you need to return your product, you should contact our team by emailing [email protected].

Live beer products are not eligible for a refund or exchange until they have been inspected in our laboratory and compared with samples from the same batch. Looking after your beer correctly is the best way to make sure it is in the same condition when you drink it as it was when it left the brewery. You can find some FAQ’s on storing your beer here.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For faulty or damaged beer products, if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in the amount you receive. 

If you need to exchange a product, depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the items and resending the items out to you.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nor are we responsible for the loss of your returned item in transit.
