The brewery shop is open 7 days a week from 10am. Being located in our brewery tap The Fur & Feather Inn means we stay open until around 9pm every day and sometimes later. If you have placed an online order for collection these will be available for collection after midday.

No, not at the moment. Although we are looking to bring back this functionality, we cannot guarantee stock on the preferred delivery date selected by yourself. We ship orders as they come in.
NOTE: we do not take order’s notes  into account regarding delivery date queries.

Yes. Although we highly encourage you to place your order online, we can take your order over the phone. You will have to ring our shop to place the order 01603 720 003.

You can come and pick up your order the next working day. We hold your order up to 3 days from day of purchase. If our packing team didn’t have the time to pack your order, they will make it while you wait.

We despatch all orders within 3-5 days of receiving them. Once the item has been collected by our delivery partner you will receive a tracking number. On the day of delivery you should receive a text message or email to confirm. If your order arrives in part or fails to arrive we ask that you allow an additional working day before contacting us as we will only be able to see the same information as you on the tracking platform. After an additional day please contact us and one of our team will look into your enquiry with DHL

It can happen that your inbox has marked our order notification as spammy. We advise you to check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received any notification, please feel free to contact us.

Mini-Casks & Beer Boxes contain live beer and have a best before date. Once opened the life & quality of the beer is affected by how it is stored. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place between 11-14 degrees however a household fridge is better than risking it getting too warm.

With a beer box regularly release the excess pressure by opening the tap while the box is upright and releasing any air. Before use turn the box horizontal, with a slight forward tilt and allow it to settle for at least 24 hours before discarding the first small glass and enjoying your Woodforde’s beer! Similarly for a mini-cask vent the can and allow it to settle for at least 8 hours. If stored correctly at the right temperature and reducing the amount air accessing the container a mini-cask can maintain quality for 3-5 days whilst a beer box can achieve 7-10 days.

Our home-brew kits are made in UK for Woodforde’s by Muntons. Whilst our team can help you with customer service issues or simple questions, for more detailed response we will direct you to Muntons directly who are specialist home brew suppliers.
